The Seal of Approval is a service of CDI Products This program is provided for all eligible employees of CDI Products. All users of this website agree that their access to and use of this website are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user’s own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.
Eligibility:
Seal of Approval is limited to current CDI Products employees. Points earned in the program cease to exist when this eligibility is severed. No credit, transfer, or redemption of points is available after eligibility is severed.
Changes and Disputes:
CDI Products reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by CDI Products at its sole discretion. CDI Products reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
Participation Enrollment:
Each eligible employee is automatically enrolled in the Seal of Approval program and will use their registration code and last name to gain access to the Seal of Approval website. Upon initial login, participants may create their username and personal password.
Redemption and Deduction of Points:
1. Any Seal of Approval not redeemed before termination from program separation will expire.
2. Seal of Approval Points may only be used to redeem for items in the online catalog. Points are not redeemable for cash.
3. The Seal of Approval Points you accrue do not constitute your property. You cannot transfer Seal of Approval Points to another participant. Seal of Approval Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.
Claiming a Reward:
1. CDI Products reserves the right to modify catalog items available in the Reward Points online catalog at any time and without notice.
2. When you have obtained enough points, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the online catalog.
3. Catalog items are subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.
Statements of CDI Products Seal of Approval Points Earned:
This website provides eligible participants with details of transactions, as well as Seal of Approval Point balances.
Termination of Program:
CDI Products reserves the right to terminate the Seal of Approval Program at any time without prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Seal of Approval Points must be redeemed within one month of the date of termination of the program.
Participation Program Tracking:
It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded points to redeem items from the Seal of Approval online catalog. Awarded points can only be redeemed for items presented in the Seal of Approval online catalog.
Promotional Events:
From time to time, CDI Products at its discretion, may sponsor events intended to promote participation in the Seal of Approval Program. These events may be terminated at any time, without cause or warning.
Privacy Notice:
This website is housed and operated by Online Rewards on behalf of CDI Products. The information collected on this website will be used by CDI Products in connection with the Seal of Approval Program.
